With the use of Google Drive you can share the files that you want to share with us, so that we work in real-time on the same documents. There is no need to send files via email and there will be no chance of duplicate documents. It works just like a normal server, just in the cloud.

For Pay Per Click (PPC) marketing campaigns there is usually a 1-2 week gap from the day you purchase the campaign, to the day it actually goes live. This is the time it takes for our team to build out the entire campaign for you.

So, for your second months recurring payment we delay that, so you get the full 30 days of service for your month one’s payment.

So, as an example, if you purchased services on the 1st of the month, you would pay for both the setup fee and month one’s service fee.

Then if we finish the campaign buildout on the 14th of the month (2 weeks later), your second months maintenance payment would be billed on the 14th of the following month, 30 days apart from the initial day the campaign went live.

You get a notification email every time an opt-in lead (form) is submitted.

No, unfortunately funnels are a separate fee. You can purchase this service under Funnel Building service.

The process is simple. We’ll send you a link in which you can easily ad us as a manager on the ad account.

Yes, you can post while we’re posting. The more the merrier! You would just need to post directly on the social media channels yourself.

A social media channel is a social media website. For example, Facebook is one social media channel. Twitter is another, and so on.

That’s great! That will help us speed up the process. We’ll just ask for the usernames and passwords to those channels.

No, if you do not have any social media channels built, we will build them and upload stock photography, or you can provide us will logos and photos to use.

Yes, based on the plan you choose, you can select either 3 or 4 social media channels for us to post to. You can choose from Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest or LinkedIn.

SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMISATION

SEO stands for search engine optimisation. It is a strategy used to improve the visibility of your website in various search engines such as Google and Bing. You can still signup a 30-page website for the SEO Basic plan, but it will just limit the performance and speed to rank for keywords.

The SEO basic plan only covers 10 targeted keywords, so we will optimise 10 of the main focus pages. That’s why we recommend sticking to that tiered structure for the best results!

Yes, the initial SEO setup process will take place on the first month. On the second month and every recurring month after that, regular SEO monthly optimisations will occur.

FUNNEL BUILDING

A funnel build takes 1-2 weeks to build and complete.

No, we cover all of the costs on the Funnel software as long as we’re running ads for the campaign. If we’re just building the campaign and not running ads, then you would need to purchase your own software separately and we would provide you with a link to download the funnel in your account.

When a visitor inputs their information (usually name, email and phone number), we automatically send them an email instantly, then other delayed emails after that as a reminder. This is used to make sure we get the best out of the lead for your clients.

Usually a 2-step funnel is perfect for standard lead generation campaigns. If you have a webinar, coaching program, or any other program that would require longer marketing sequences, we recommend the 4-step funnel.

A Landing Page is a standalone, single web page that marketers send traffic to, from online advertising campaigns, social media, or email marketing initiatives. A Landing Page can serve one of two purposes:

Yes, for sure! We recommend that you add your accounts into your Google MCC (master account) account. That way you’ll always have access to your ad accounts.
