After creating the right brand image and updating their website, increasing usability, and credibility, Italy Masks results jumped to a 148 % increase in conversion rate, 233% increase in orders, 205% increase in revenue, and 33% increase in traffic.
Tomuri and Co. were starting to become well known in the industry, but they were also looking to grow their brand awareness to reach their target market. Ratahi knew how to design beautiful floral arrangements, but struggled with how to best showcase his talents online.

The Shade Shop recognised that they needed their website to differentiate themselves in a local B2C market that had a lot of competition. Previous methods of selling that were impacted by the pandemic, like utilising their showroom, had to be reinvented throughout their website.
Throughout the first year of launching their website, the local business’s new website nearly doubled the number of online leads generated compared to the previous year with a 96.90% increase in online leads.
Although the site was working and converting, Papa Steve’s No Junk Raw Protein Bars knew they were leaving money on the table because the website wasn’t communicating their products’ unique value proposition well. They also knew the website wasn’t effectively sequencing communication to the customer, and that the customer order experience was poor.
They’ve decided to invest in re-designing their entire website. Since the redesign was launched, the overall conversion rate (total orders/total visitors) is up 18%, and overall revenue increased 18% as well.
The Barbecues Galore website had a low conversion rate due to technical, usability and value communication issues.
They invested in a new website that fixed those technical issues, and also did a better job of communicating value to the customer. And The redesign paid off. Revenue increased 311% and revenue from organic traffic increased 172%.
